GASTROPOST MISSION 49
The mission this past week was to eat and then share something garlicky. Recently, a client of mine was sweet enough to gift me with a homegrown spaghetti squash. The dish I prepared with it tied right into the mission. Oven baked spaghetti squash with garlic, thyme Parmigiano-Reggiano. If autumn had a taste, this would be it! Given my love of garlic, this could have quite possibly been the easiest mission so far.
