Are you an admin rockstar with a passion for organization who is interested in using your many talents to support a creative entrepreneur?
I am in search of a kickass assistant with an appreciation for creativity, who likes variety and is unafraid of f-bombs. Someone to help me continue to grow my photography & design business.
This is a remote position with the possibility of some in-person work depending on your location. Initially I imagine the position to take up to 5 hours a week with the possibility of growing into a full time role.
For starters, here’s what you'd be doing: • Support with emailing, scheduling, calendar management. • Proposal and agreement editing & formatting. • Editing blog content as well as sizing and adding images to blog posts and my portfolio. • Some client interaction.
Going to the next level: There really are so many possibilities! • Help with graphic design & social media management. • Assistance with photography shoots (location dependant).
As things develop: Wow, could they develop! • Content development. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and In Design) would be helpful. • Possibility of adding an e-commerce component to my business so experience with shopping cart maintenance (updating images) would also be helpful but not necessary.
If you have strong admin skills and enjoy setting up systems whilst laughing and using your creativity, this could be a great experience for you! I am passionate about working with people who love what they do and live life whole-heartedly.
